Russell Lees, Physical Therapist

Russell Lees, Physical Therapy UCGH

Russell W. Lees was raised in Logan, New Mexico and is so glad to be back in his home state. Said Russell recently, "I love the people of Clayton and this hospital."

Since graduating in 1999 from Hardin Simmons University, Russell has worked as a Physical Therapist in virtually every area including:

  • inpatient
  • acute care
  • home health
  • skilled nursing
  • orthopedics

With an extensive background in Sports Medicine, he has helped develop and design several physical therapy clinics including Dalhart Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Dr. Dan C. Trigg Outpatient Physical Therapy, and Union County General Hospital Therapy Services.

Passionate about helping people overcome injuries, Russell believes that therapy can add to a persons quality of life even with the smallest accomplishments.

He also strongly believes that patients find a better quality of care with his therapy team than they will find in the larger cities. He states that the difference is the level of care...that his team cares more deeply for our community and neighbors, which makes all the difference.
